Sticky Fingers

Sticky Fingers are an Australian band formed in Sydney in 2008, built around frontman Dylan Frost, who met bassist Paddy Cornwall and drummer Beaker Best while busking in Newtown. Rounded out by guitarist Seamus Coyle and keyboardist Freddy Crabs, the band forged a sound blending reggae, dub, psychedelic rock and indie pop, earning them a devoted grassroots following across Australia.

Their breakthrough came with albums like Caress Your Soul and Land of Pleasure, the latter reaching the upper end of the Australian charts, followed by Westway (the glitter & the slums), which topped the ARIA Albums Chart. Songs such as «Australia Street», «Liquorlip Loaded Gun» and «These Girls» became staples of their live shows, known for raw energy and a loyal fanbase nicknamed after the band's own STIFI moniker.

Despite periods of internal turmoil and lineup tension, Sticky Fingers have remained one of the most distinctive bands to emerge from Australia's alternative scene, mixing laid-back reggae grooves with heavier psychedelic rock textures.
