Neck Deep

Neck Deep are a Welsh pop punk band from Wrexham, formed in the early 2010s and fronted by vocalist Ben Barlow. Emerging alongside a wave of pop punk revival acts, the band built their reputation on hook-laden, high-energy songs about heartbreak, friendship, and growing up, delivered with gang vocals and driving guitar riffs.

Their sound draws heavily on the melodic pop punk tradition of bands like New Found Glory and A Day to Remember, while albums such as «Life's Not Out to Get You» and «Wishful Thinking» helped cement them as one of the genre's leading acts of the 2010s. Songs like «In Bloom», «December», and «Wish You Were Here» showcase the band's knack for anthemic choruses paired with candid, often self-deprecating lyrics.

Over the years Neck Deep has toured extensively alongside other prominent pop punk and rock acts and has continued to evolve their sound across subsequent releases, maintaining a devoted fanbase within the pop punk and emo-adjacent scenes while remaining one of the most recognizable bands to come out of the UK's punk rock resurgence.
