Jeff Rosenstock is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer from Long Island, New York, widely regarded as a defining figure of the DIY punk and indie rock scene. Their career spans decades and multiple projects, beginning with the ska-punk collective The Arrogant Sons of Bitches and continuing through the sprawling, genre-blending Bomb the Music Industry!, which became legendary for its pay-what-you-want ethos and pioneering, community-driven approach to independent music distribution.

As a solo artist, Rosenstock has built a catalog marked by raw energy, biting social commentary, and an unpredictable fusion of punk, pop, and lo-fi textures, heard in tracks like «USA», «Nausea», and «I'm Serious, I'm Sorry». Their songwriting often balances anxious, confessional lyrics with anthemic hooks, capturing both personal turmoil and broader cultural anxiety. Alongside their solo work, Rosenstock formed Antarctigo Vespucci with Chris Farren, exploring a more melodic, power-pop-leaning sound.
