Jack White

Jack White is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and producer, widely regarded as one of the defining rock figures of the 21st century. He first rose to prominence as the guitarist, vocalist, and primary songwriter of The White Stripes, the raw, minimalist blues-rock duo he formed with Meg White in Detroit, Michigan. The band's stripped-down aeshetic, combining garage rock urgency with blues roots, made them one of the most influential acts of the early 2000s.

Beyond The White Stripes, White has been a restless collaborator and bandleader, fronting The Raconteurs alongside Brendan Benson and forming the darker, more experimental The Dead Weather with Alison Mosshart of The Kills. Following the White Stripes' 2011 breakup, he launched a solo career with Blunderbuss in 2012, followed by Lazaretto in 2014 and Boarding House Reach in 2018, each exploring different corners of blues, rock, and even electronic experimentation. Singles like «Love Interruption», «Sixteen Saltines», and «Lazaretto» showcased his continued evolution as a solo artist.

White is also renowned as a prolific producer and champion of analog recording, having produced dozens of albums for other artists and founded the label Third Man Records, known for its vinyl-focused releases and vintage recording ethos.
