Inhaler

Inhaler are an Irish indie rock band from Dublin, formed in 2016. The lineup consists of vocalist and guitarist Elijah Hewson, bassist Robert Keating, guitarist Josh Jenkinson and drummer Ryan McMahon. The band emerged from Dublin's tight-knit rock scene and built a following through steady touring and a string of singles before releasing their debut album.

Musically, Inhaler work within a melodic, anthemic strain of indie and post-punk-inflected rock, built on chiming guitars, driving rhythms and Hewson's soaring vocal delivery. Songs like «My Honest Face», «It Won't Always Be Like This» and «When It Breaks» showcase their knack for hooks that scale well to festival stages, while «Ice Cream Sundae» and «Your House» reveal a more introspective, atmospheric side.

Since breaking through in the late 2010s, Inhaler have released material including «Dublin in Ecstasy» and «Billy (Yeah Yeah Yeah)», cementing their place among a new generation of Irish rock bands drawing comparisons to acts from earlier decades while carving their own identity through consistent songwriting and live performance.
