I See Stars

I See Stars are an American band from Warren, Michigan, formed in the mid-2000s and known for blending hardcore and screamo with electronic and pop elements — a hybrid sound sometimes labeled electronicore. Fronted by vocalist Devin Oliver, the band built a following through an early EP and demos before signing with Sumerian Records.

Their 2009 debut album, 3D, introduced their signature mix of breakdowns, synths and melodic vocals, charting on the Billboard 200 despite the band members being teenagers at the time. They toured relentlessly to support it and followed with The End of the World Party (2011), Digital Renegade (2012) and New Demons (2013), the latter marking a shift toward a heavier sound fused with more prominent EDM textures.

Songs like «Murder Mitten», «Running with Scissors» and «New Demons» reflect the band's evolution across their catalog, moving between aggressive breakdowns and glossy electronic hooks.
