Geese

Geese are an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed by a group of childhood friends from Long Island who began writing music together as teenagers. Fronted by singer Cameron Winter, the band first drew attention with their 2021 debut «Projector», a jagged, post-punk-inflected record that showed early promise. Their real breakthrough came with the 2023 follow-up «3D Country», a wildly eclectic album that jumped between Southern rock swagger, gospel, noise and country pastiche, earning widespread critical acclaim for its unpredictability.

Geese are known for restlessly reinventing their sound from album to album rather than settling into a single style, with Winter's unhinged, theatrical vocal delivery serving as a throughline. The band toured extensively behind «3D Country», including dates supporting King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard on the 2024 leg of their US tour, which raised their profile considerably beyond the indie underground.

Building on that momentum, the band recorded a new album, «Getting Killed», released on September 26, 2025, continuing their trajectory as one of the more inventive young rock acts to emerge from the Brooklyn scene in recent years, alongside songs like «Cobra», «Husbands» and «Islands of Men».
