Foy Vance

Foy Vance is a singer-songwriter from Bangor, Northern Ireland, known for a soulful, weathered voice that draws on blues, gospel, folk and Americana influences. He built his early career playing pubs and clubs before releasing his debut album Hope in 2007, followed by Joy of Nothing in 2013, which drew wider attention thanks to strong touring and word of mouth. His songwriting favors intimate, emotionally direct storytelling, often centered on love, loss and small-town life.

Vance gained significant exposure after Ed Sheeran signed him to his Gingerbread Man Records label, and the two have written and performed together on multiple occasions, helping introduce Vance to a much larger international audience.
