.Feast

.Feast is an Indonesian rock band from Jakarta, formed by students at the University of Indonesia's Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. The group emerged with the 2014 single «Camkan», which addressed anxieties around religious freedom in Indonesia, immediately marking them as a band unafraid of confronting social and political themes head-on through their music.

After a period of inactivity, .Feast returned with collaborative releases before issuing their debut album Multiverses in 2017, featuring guests such as rapper Ramengvrl and Elephant Kind's Bam Mastro, which showcased the band's range across rock, pop, and rap-inflected textures. Their sound blends raw guitar-driven rock with sharp, socially conscious lyricism, often tackling criminalization, loss, and civic anxiety, as heard on singles like «Peradaban» and «Berita Kehilangan».

Songs such as «Tarot», «Nina», and «Kelelawar» further cemented .Feast's reputation as one of the more provocative and literate voices in Indonesia's contemporary rock scene, unafraid to pair confrontational subject matter with melodic, anthemic songwriting. The band remains a notable presence in Jakarta's independent music circuit, known for merging youth-driven political commentary with accessible rock hooks.
