Deuce

Deuce, born Aron Erlichman, is an American rapper and singer best known as the original vocalist of the rap-rock group Hollywood Undead, which he co-founded in the mid-2000s in Los Angeles. He appeared on the group's early mixtapes and their 2008 debut album Swan Songs, contributing to the horror-punk-meets-rap-rock sound and masked-persona image that defined the band's breakout period.

He parted ways with Hollywood Undead in 2009 amid public disputes with his former bandmates, some of which played out in diss tracks and interviews. Following the split, Deuce pursued a solo career blending rap, pop-punk and electronic elements, releasing mixtapes and EPs and forming the collective 9 Lives, under which he put out songs like «Nightmare» and «America».

His 2013 debut solo album, also titled 9 Lives, consolidated this direction, mixing rap verses with rock and pop hooks. While never reaching the commercial scale of his former band, Deuce has maintained a dedicated fanbase built during his Hollywood Undead years and carried it into his independent work, remaining a recognizable name in the rap-rock and horrorcore-adjacent scene of the late 2000s and 2010s.
