Attila

Attila is an American metalcore and deathcore band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2005 by frontman Chris Fronzak (Chris Nasty), who took the band's name from Attila the Hun after coming across it in a book. Though founded in the mid-2000s, the band did not begin touring heavily until around 2010, after which it built a dedicated fanbase within the deathcore and party-metal scenes.

Musically, Attila is known for pairing brutal, breakdown-heavy metalcore instrumentation with brash, often provocative lyrics and a party-oriented, trap-influenced attitude that set them apart from more strictly technical deathcore acts. Songs like «Callout» and «About That Life» reflect the band's confrontational, high-energy identity and its willingness to blend hip-hop swagger with heavy guitar music.
