«Always» es una power balada escrita por Jon Bon Jovi, originalmente pensada para la película de 1993 Romeo Is Bleeding (de ahí la imagen de Romeo al inicio), aunque finalmente no se usó en la cinta. En su lugar, se publicó en 1994 como la pieza central nueva del álbum recopilatorio Cross Road de Bon Jovi, y se convirtió en uno de los mayores éxitos mundiales de la banda, permaneciendo meses en las listas europeas.
