The Living Tombstone

The Living Tombstone is an Israeli-American electronic rock project founded by Yoav Landau, known for building a large online following through music tied to internet culture and fandoms, most notably an early remix of the Five Nights at Freddy's theme. Vocalist Sam Haft joined the project and became closely associated with it following the success of the single My Ordinary Life, helping shape the group's sound into a more defined electronic rock and pop hybrid.

The act's music blends synth-driven electronic production with rock instrumentation and rap-influenced verses, often built around dramatic, anthemic choruses. Much of their early catalog grew out of fan and gaming communities on platforms like YouTube, where original songs inspired by games and internet phenomena helped the project reach a large, dedicated audience without traditional radio exposure.

After building this fanbase independently, The Living Tombstone signed with Warner Music Group, later releasing their debut full-length album, zero_one, following a period away from regular uploads. Their trajectory reflects a broader shift of internet-native musicians into more conventional label structures while retaining the fandom-oriented identity that built their audience.
