The Eden Project

EDEN, born Jonathon Ng, is an electronic music producer and singer from Dublin, Ireland. He began releasing music as a teenager under the name The Eden Project, initially working in dubstep and electro before moving toward the atmospheric, emotionally introspective indie-electronic sound that would define his career. Early exposure through YouTube taste-making channels such as MrSuicideSheep and Koala Kontrol helped his tracks reach a large online audience well before mainstream industry recognition.

Following the release of his early project Final Call, Ng dropped the Eden Project name in favor of the shorter moniker EDEN, a shift often read as marking his move from an experimental side project to a fully realized artistic identity. His music blends soft, layered production, falsetto vocals, and confessional songwriting, drawing comparisons to artists working at the intersection of pop, electronic, and alternative music.

Eden has appeared as a featured artist on tracks by Friendzone, SirensCeol & Reaktion, Crystal Skies, and Puppet, and has built a devoted global fanbase largely through streaming and social platforms rather than traditional radio. In his own words, he has said he doesn't mind how listeners label his music, suggesting that resisting easy genre classification is itself part of his artistic identity.
