The Band CAMINO

The Band CAMINO is an American alternative/indie rock band that formed in Memphis, Tennessee, before relocating to Nashville. The group is centered on Jeffery Jordan, Spencer Stewart and Graham Rowell, with drummer Garrison Burgess joining after an earlier lineup change. The band's name comes from a Chevrolet El Camino spotted by Rowell, a playful origin that fits the band's melodic, hook-driven approach.

The Band CAMINO built its following through a string of independently released EPs, starting with «My Thoughts on You» in 2016, which introduced fan favorites «2 / 14» and «The Black and White», followed by «Heaven» in 2017. Their sound blends emo-tinged indie rock with polished pop songwriting, marked by soaring choruses, synth textures layered under guitars, and lyrics centered on relationships and heartbreak, drawing comparisons to other pop-leaning alternative acts of the late 2010s.

The band's steady grassroots growth led to a deal with Elektra Records and the release of the EP «tryhard» in 2019, alongside their first headlining tour, The Love of the Game. Songs such as «Daphne Blue», «See Through» and «What I Want» further showcased their knack for emotionally direct, radio-ready alternative rock.
