Sherine - شيرين

Sherine Abdel Wahab, known mononymously as Sherine, is an Egyptian singer, actress and television personality regarded as one of the most influential voices in modern Arabic pop. Her vocal talent was discovered in childhood, and she trained as a choral and later solo singer at the Cairo Opera House before launching a professional recording career as a teenager. Over the following decades she built a reputation for an emotionally raw, powerful vocal style rooted in Egyptian shaabi and classical Arabic traditions while remaining firmly within mainstream Arabic pop.

Her catalogue includes widely loved songs such as «Btmanna Ansak», «Kalam Eineh», «El Watar El Hassas», «Sabry Aalil» and «3la Bali», tracks that showcase her ability to move between heartbreak ballads and more upbeat, rhythmically driven pop.
