SB19 is a Filipino boy group formed under ShowBT Philippines, a local branch of a South Korean entertainment company, notable for being one of the first Filipino idol acts trained and debuted through a K-pop-style system while remaining explicitly rooted in Original Pilipino Music. The group consists of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, and the members are directly involved in writing their own songs and choreographing their own performances, which sets them apart from many idol-group models built purely around external producers.

Musically SB19 moves fluidly across pop, R&B, hip-hop and rock textures, blending polished K-pop-style production and choreography with Filipino musical sensibilities and language. Tracks such as «MAPA», a tribute to overseas Filipino workers and parents, and «GENTO» became cultural touchstones, resonating well beyond typical idol-fan circles and earning the group mainstream recognition in the Philippines.
