ROSÉ

ROSÉ, born Roseanne Park, is a singer-songwriter born in Auckland, New Zealand, and raised primarily in Melbourne, Australia, before moving to Seoul as a teenager to train with YG Entertainment. She debuted in 2016 as a member of the South Korean girl group BLACKPINK, quickly becoming known for her distinctive husky vocal tone and skill as a guitarist.

Before her official debut, she was an uncredited featured vocalist on G-Dragon's 2013 track «Without You». As a member of BLACKPINK, she became part of one of the most commercially successful K-pop acts globally, contributing to the group's blend of pop, hip-hop, and EDM-inflected production.

In 2021, ROSÉ launched her solo career with the single album R, led by the introspective title track «On The Ground» alongside the B-side «Gone». She continued as a solo artist with releases such as «number one girl», the Bruno Mars collaboration «APT.», and other singles spanning pop, R&B, and rock-influenced sounds, establishing a solo identity distinct from her group work.
