Remi Wolf

Remi Wolf is an American singer and songwriter from Palo Alto, California. As a high school senior she appeared as a contestant on American Idol in 2014, and while later studying at the USC Thornton School of Music she connected with producer Solomonophonic, who helped shape her early sound. Her debut single, «Guy», arrived in 2019, followed quickly by her first EP, You’re a Dog!.

Her music blends pop, funk, R&B and psychedelic influences into a vivid, maximalist sound built around elastic vocal performances, quirky imagery and dense production. That eclectic, high-energy style has drawn frequent comparisons to funk and soul traditions filtered through a distinctly contemporary indie-pop sensibility.

Songs such as «Photo ID» and «Toro» helped establish her as a distinctive voice in the 2020s pop landscape, showcasing both her vocal range and her playful, offbeat songwriting. She has continued to build a devoted following through a string of colorful, genre-blending releases and an energetic live presence.
