Red Velvet (레드벨벳)

Red Velvet (레드벨벳) is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment, debuting in August 2014. The group consists of five members — Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy and Yeri — and quickly stood out in the crowded K-pop landscape through a distinctive dual-concept identity split between their playful, colorful ‘Red’ side and their sophisticated, R&B-leaning ‘Velvet’ side.
