Prateek Kuhad is an Indian singer-songwriter from Jaipur who became one of the leading voices of India's contemporary indie scene. He moved to the United States to study mathematics and economics at New York University, an experience that shaped the introspective, diary-like quality of his songwriting. Performing in both Hindi and English, he built a devoted following through intimate acoustic arrangements built around guitar, piano, and his soft, conversational vocal delivery.
