His stage name blends his family name, Odeh, with Atari, the video game company, reflecting the internet-native, video-game-inflected sensibility of his music. He began producing at just 13 and released his debut project, Houston Xombie, in 2015, developing his sound largely independently online before breaking into wider recognition.

He is best known for tracks like «NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER», «KEEP UP» and «HYPNOTIC DATA», which fuse pitched-up rap vocals, glitchy trap textures and frantic club-derived beats rooted in East Coast club music traditions such as Baltimore, Philly and Jersey club.
