Natalia Lafourcade

Natalia Lafourcade, born February 26, 1984 in Mexico City, is a Mexican singer-songwriter who began her professional career as a teenager, joining the pop group Twist before pursuing formal music training and signing to Sony Music at seventeen, which led to the release of her self-titled debut album. Over the following decades she developed into one of the most respected voices in contemporary Latin American music.

Her catalog spans upbeat, folk-tinged pop and deeply personal balladry, with songs like «Hasta La Raíz» and «Nunca Es Suficiente» becoming defining hits of her career and earning wide acclaim across Latin America and Spain.
