Maluma

Maluma, born Juan Luis Londoño Arias on January 28, 1994, is a Colombian singer, songwriter and producer who rose to prominence as one of the leading figures of the reggaeton and Latin urban pop wave of the 2010s. He began releasing music in the late 2000s and signed with Sony Music Colombia, releasing his debut album Magia in 2012, which established his blend of reggaeton, pop and R&B.

His sound is marked by smooth, melodic vocal delivery layered over urban production, moving fluidly between romantic pop-reggaeton and trap-influenced tracks. Hits like «Felices los 4», «Corazón», «El Préstamo» and «Hawái» showcase his ability to pair catchy hooks with sensual, radio-friendly production, while collaborations across the genre helped cement his crossover appeal.
