KISS OF LIFE

KISS OF LIFE is a South Korean girl group under S2 Entertainment, made up of four members, Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul. They debuted in July 2023 with the mini album KISS OF LIFE, led by the track «쉿 (Shhh)», and quickly drew attention for a sound and visual identity that stood apart from many of their peers, blending R&B, pop, and hip hop influences with a playful, self-assured attitude.

Across their releases the group has developed a recurring theme of freedom and carefree youth, pairing catchy, genre-blending production with cinematic, storytelling-driven music videos. Their second mini album, Born to be XX, and the single album Midas Touch further showcased distinct solo showcases for each member alongside strong group title tracks, earning them praise for versatility and a confident, individualized approach within a four-member lineup.

Member Natty had already drawn international attention before the group's official debut, having appeared in a BBC Three documentary about South Korea's idol training system alongside her future groupmates. KISS OF LIFE has since built a reputation as one of the more distinctive fourth-generation K-pop acts, known for bold concepts, strong vocal and rap performances, and a willingness to experiment with sound rather than follow a single fixed formula.
