keshi

keshi, born Casey Thai Luong in Houston, Texas, is a singer, songwriter and producer known for blending dreamy, guitar-laced pop with lo-fi hip-hop textures and R&B sensibilities. He began writing music as a teenager influenced by artists like Ed Sheeran and John Mayer, releasing early work independently before adopting the stage name keshi, a childhood nickname, to preserve anonymity.

His breakthrough came through a series of self-released EPs, including «if you're not the one for me who is», «good days» and «THE REAPER», which built a devoted streaming audience largely through word of mouth and platforms like SoundCloud. This grassroots success led to a deal with Island Records and the EP «skeletons», after which he toured extensively, including sold-out shows.

Known for hazy, introspective production and vulnerable, softly delivered vocals, keshi occupies a distinctive space between bedroom-pop intimacy and mainstream pop-R&B polish.
