Kadebostany

Kadebostany is a Swiss electronic pop project founded by Swiss-Iranian musician Ostinato Bostany in Geneva, blending orchestral and folk-tinged instrumentation with dance beats. The project became known internationally for its dramatic, cinematic sound, mixing brass, strings, and vocal harmonies with electronic production, and it draws on a mix of European and Middle Eastern influences.

The group broke through with the single «Castle in the Snow», which became a viral dance-floor hit across Europe and beyond thanks to remixes and licensing placements. That track set the template for their sound: sweeping, anthemic melodies paired with club-friendly rhythms, later carried forward on songs like «Save Me» and «Walking With A Ghost».

Over the years Kadebostany has released a steady stream of singles and EPs rather than working purely toward one signature album cycle, cultivating a live show built around theatrical staging and a rotating cast of musicians and singers performing under the Kadebostany banner. The project remains best known for its early breakout hits, which continue to circulate on playlists and in remix culture.
