Judika

Judika, full name Judika Nalon Abadi Sihotang, is an Indonesian pop singer who rose to national prominence as the runner-up of the second season of Indonesian Idol in 2005. Following the competition he built a career as one of Indonesia's leading pop vocalists, known for emotionally charged ballads sung with a powerful, wide-ranging voice rooted partly in his Batak musical heritage from North Sumatra.

He released his debut album, «One», in December 2006, and went on to build a catalog of hit singles that became staples of Indonesian pop radio, including «Sampai Akhir», «Bukan Dia Tapi Aku», and «Aku yang Tersakiti». His music blends mainstream Indonesian pop with country and ballad influences, and he has also released popular duets with other Indonesian artists over the course of his career.

Judika remains one of the most recognizable voices to emerge from the Indonesian Idol franchise, sustaining a long recording career well beyond the show and continuing to release new material and perform actively in Indonesia's music scene.
