Jonas Brothers

Jonas Brothers are an American pop-rock band formed in 2005 by brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas from Wyckoff, New Jersey. They rose to fame through Disney Channel, starring in the Camp Rock films and their own TV series, becoming one of the defining teen-pop acts of the late 2000s with hits like «Burnin' Up» and «When You Look Me in the Eyes». Their sound at the time mixed radio-friendly pop-rock with elements of power pop, driven by tight vocal harmonies between the three brothers.

The group went on hiatus in 2013 after growing creative and personal tensions, with each brother pursuing solo projects during the break. In 2019 they reunited and released «Sucker», their comeback single, followed by the album Happiness Begins, marking a more mature, polished pop sound that retained their signature harmonies while incorporating contemporary pop and R&B textures. Songs such as «Cool» and «Only Human» reflected this updated direction.

Since reuniting, the band has continued to tour extensively and release new material, balancing nostalgia for their Disney-era catalog with a grown-up pop identity. Their story is notable in pop music as one of the more successful teen-idol-to-adult-artist transitions, sustaining a dedicated fanbase across multiple eras of their career.
