Joey Moe

Joey Moe is a Danish pop and R&B singer, songwriter, and producer born and raised on Amager in Copenhagen, coming from a highly musical family. He began his career through a connection with Ankerstjerne (then performing as Jinks), which led to a collaboration with Nexus Music and his debut album, Moetown, in 2006. It was the 2009 single «Yo-Yo», however, that marked his true breakthrough in the Danish music industry.

Over the following years Joey Moe became one of Denmark's most consistent pop hitmakers, releasing a string of studio albums including Fuldmåne (platinum-certified), Midnat (gold-certified) and Joey (double platinum). His sound blends contemporary pop with R&B and light rap influences, reflected in tracks like «Du'en Éner», «Million», «Eneste» and «Dobbeltslag», which combine catchy hooks with smooth, radio-ready production.

Beyond recording, Joey Moe built a public profile as a mentor on the TV2/Kanal 5 talent show Voice Junior across all six of its seasons, cementing his status as a familiar and trusted figure in Danish popular culture alongside his ongoing music career.
