IZAL

IZAL are a Spanish indie/alternative pop-rock band formed in Madrid in 2010. Fronted by singer, songwriter and guitarist Mikel Izal, the group built a devoted following in the Spanish-language indie scene through emotionally direct lyrics, dynamic arrangements and a sound that draws on British and American alternative influences alongside homegrown Spanish pop sensibilities. Their music often moves between introspective, stripped-down passages and anthemic, expansive choruses.
