Irama

Irama, the stage name of Filippo Maria Fanti, is an Italian singer-songwriter born in Carrara in 1995 who rose to national prominence after winning the seventeenth edition of the talent show «Amici di Maria De Filippi» in 2018. Since then he has become one of the most consistently successful figures in contemporary Italian pop, known for blending pop songwriting with elements of rap and rock.

His music is marked by emotionally direct lyrics, melodic hooks, and a versatile vocal style that moves easily between sung and rap-influenced delivery, reflecting the genre-crossing character of much of today's Italian mainstream. Hits such as «Nera», «Senz'anima», «Arrogante» and «Tu No» helped establish him as a chart-topping presence, while songs like «La ragazza con il cuore di latta» showcased a more introspective, ballad-oriented side.
