İdo Tatlıses

İdo Tatlıses, born February 15, 1992, is a Turkish pop singer and the son of the legendary Turkish folk and arabesque singer İbrahim Tatlıses. Rather than following his father's arabesque tradition, İdo forged a distinctly modern pop path, building a following especially among younger Turkish audiences through slick music videos and radio-friendly production.

His debut album, «Sonsuz Teşekkürler», released in 2014, introduced his contemporary pop sound to Turkish audiences. His biggest breakthrough came with the 2018 single «Sen», which surpassed 120 million views on YouTube and became one of the defining Turkish pop hits of its year, cementing his status as a mainstream star independent of his father's legacy.

İdo's music blends melodic, emotionally driven pop songwriting with modern production values, sitting comfortably within contemporary Turkish pop rather than the arabesque or folk traditions associated with his family name. Tracks like «Ya da Boşver», «Kehanet», and «Çünkü» continued to build on the romantic, hook-centered style that defines his catalog.
