Homie is the stage name of Anton Tabala, a Belarusian singer and rapper from Minsk who launched his project in 2013. His music blends pop, rap and rock elements, built around emotionally direct lyrics about love, heartbreak and self-reflection, delivered in a melodic, hook-driven style rather than pure rap bravado. This crossover sound helped him build a following well beyond the Belarusian and Russian rap underground, reaching a broad Russian-speaking pop audience.

His catalog centers on full-length releases rather than scattered singles: albums such as «Безумно можно быть первым», «Кокаин», «Лето», «В городе где нет тебя» and «Прощай» trace an arc from moody, minor-key tracks to more polished pop production. Songs like «Дыши», «Дура», «Недоступная» and «Эгоист» became some of his most recognized, often built on simple, repeatable choruses that made them easy to spread on streaming and social platforms.
