GREY D

Grey-D, born Đoàn Thế Lân on November 4, 2000, is a Vietnamese singer-songwriter who first drew national attention as a contestant on the talent show Sing My Song, which searched for young Vietnamese performers able to both sing and write their own material. That exposure led to his joining the boy group MONSTAR in 2018, where he built a following before the group disbanded in 2021.

Grey-D went solo under the ST.319 label, and his official solo debut in 2022 was notable for letting fans choose his lead single by voting among several candidate tracks, including «vài câu nói có khiến người thay đổi» and «đưa em về nhà», both of which remain among his best-known songs. This fan-driven rollout helped establish him as a distinct voice in the Vietnamese V-pop scene.

His music blends pop songwriting with R&B and rock textures, occasionally leaning into rap-influenced delivery, giving him a versatile sound that sits comfortably across V-pop playlists. Songs like «đưa em về nhàa» and «simple love» showcase the melodic, emotionally direct style that has made him a recognizable name among younger Vietnamese listeners since his transition from group member to solo artist.
