Gael García Bernal, born 30 November 1978 in Guadalajara, Mexico, is primarily celebrated as an actor — known for films such as «Amores Perros», «Y Tu Mamá También» and «The Motorcycle Diaries» — but he has also lent his voice to musical roles in animation. His best-known musical work comes from voicing Héctor in Pixar’s «Coco» (2017), where he performed songs including «Remember Me (Lullaby)» and the Spanish-language «Recuérdame (Arrullo)», alongside «Everyone Knows Juanita» and its Spanish counterpart «Juanita».
