About the artist
Gabry Ponte is an Italian DJ and record producer from Turin, best known as a founding member of Eiffel 65, the group behind the globally massive «Blue (Da Ba Dee)». As part of the trio he helped shape the late-1990s Italo dance sound that mixed Eurodance energy with quirky, synthetic vocal textures, giving him an early foothold as one of Italy's most commercially successful dance producers.
After leaving Eiffel 65 in the mid-2000s, Ponte built a prolific solo and collaborative career as a DJ-producer, working across mainstream European dance-pop and later embracing Latin-tinged and reggaeton-influenced club sound, reflecting dance music's broader shift toward genre-blending global pop. He founded his own label, Dance and Love, to release and support his output and that of other artists.
His catalogue spans club-oriented originals, high-profile remixes, and collaborations with a wide range of international pop and dance artists, keeping him a consistent presence on European dance charts and festival lineups for over two decades. He remains one of Italy's most recognizable dance-music exports, known for accessible, hook-driven productions built for mass audiences.
