Freya Ridings

Freya Ridings is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose emotionally raw, piano-driven ballads propelled her from London's club circuit to international recognition. After spending 2017 opening for artists including Lewis Capaldi, Tash Sultana, and Tears for Fears, she released «Lost Without You», a stripped-back, vocally powerful single that gained a second life after appearing on Love Island and climbing into the UK Top 10 in 2018.

Her sound centers on soaring, gospel-inflected vocals paired with sparse piano and string arrangements, placing her within a lineage of confessional British singer-songwriters even as her live shows — captured on the early release «Live at St Pancras Old Church» — reveal a rawer, more intimate side to her music.
