Frah Quintale

Frah Quintale, stage name of Francesco Servidei, is an Italian singer-songwriter and rapper from Brescia. He entered hip-hop culture in the early 2000s as a graffiti writer before moving into rapping, and cut his teeth with the crews Vernice Killa and, from 2006, Fratelli Quintale alongside Merio, releasing an album and several mixtapes together.

After the Fratelli Quintale project ended, Servidei launched his solo career under the Frah Quintale name, first with the EP «Idiot Savant» in 2012 and then more formally with «2004» in 2016. His solo debut album, «Regadez Moi», arrived in 2017 and established him as a leading voice of the so-called "it-pop" movement — a wave of Italian songwriting blending pop melodies, R&B and rap sensibilities. In 2023 he teamed up with fellow singer-songwriter Coez for the collaborative album «Lovebars».

Frah Quintale's music is defined by smooth, melodic vocal lines, laid-back grooves and lyrics that move between irony and vulnerability, drawing equally from pop, R&B and rap traditions. Songs such as «Si, ah», «Missili» and «Hai visto mai» reflect his knack for catchy, emotionally direct songwriting, making him one of the more distinctive figures in contemporary Italian pop.
