Foxes

Foxes is the stage name of Louisa Rose Allen, an English singer-songwriter from Southampton who rose to prominence in the early 2010s as part of a wave of British electropop artists. After moving to London, she began releasing music independently before signing with the indie label Neon Gold and later Sign of the Times, an imprint of Sony Music. Her breakthrough came through the Warrior EP, which included the widely circulated single «Youth», and through a high-profile feature on Zedd's «Clarity», which won a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording.

Foxes's sound blends soaring, emotionally direct pop songwriting with electronic and dance production, placing her alongside contemporaries who bridged indie pop sensibilities with club-ready synth textures. Her debut album, Glorious, released in 2014, consolidated this style with singles like «Let Go for Tonight» and «Holding Onto Heaven», while her collaborations with electronic producers such as Rudimental helped establish her as a sought-after vocalist within the dance-pop crossover space.

Over subsequent albums, including All I Need, she continued refining a catalogue marked by anthemic choruses and confessional lyrics, cementing her reputation as one of the defining pop voices to emerge from the UK's early-2010s electropop scene.
