Figure, the alias of American producer Josh Gard, is a longtime fixture of the bass music scene, known for a heavy, horror-tinged brand of dubstep and electronic music built around his signature crushing bass sounds. Over a catalog spanning more than five years and over 100 tracks by the mid-2010s, he built a reputation for aggressive sound design paired with a distinctive monster-and-horror movie aesthetic that runs through his artwork, song titles, and live shows.

His output, including releases like the full-length LP «Gravity» (2015), moves across dubstep, electro, and hybrid trap-influenced production while keeping his core identity of dark, weighty low-end and cinematic tension intact. Track titles such as «Freddy Krueger», «Zombie Chase», «Dawn of the Dead» and «Cocytus (Outro)» reflect the horror-movie universe he has built around his music, extending into elaborate "Monsters"-themed live show concepts.
