About the artist
ENHYPEN (엔하이픈) is a South Korean boy group formed through the reality survival show I-LAND, a joint production by Mnet, CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment. The group is managed by Belift Lab and consists of seven members: Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon and Ni-ki. They debuted on November 30, 2020 with the mini album Border: Day One, part of the so-called fourth generation of K-pop idols.
ENHYPEN built their identity around the recurring Border concept, exploring themes of adolescent conflict and self-discovery across releases such as Border: Carnival, Dimension: Dilemma and Dimension: Answer. Musically the group moves fluidly between pop, rock-tinged production, R&B textures and rap-driven verses, often built around tight synchronized choreography and cinematic music videos. Songs like Drunk-Dazed and Bite Me became defining hits that showcased this genre-blending approach.
The group has also pursued an international presence, releasing English-language versions of singles such as Bad Desire (With or Without You) and XO (Only If You Say Yes), and has been recognized with Best New Artist honors at major Korean music award shows early in their career.
