Elvira T, the stage name of Elvira Tugusheva, is a Russian pop singer and songwriter from Saratov who rose to fame in the early 2010s after her debut song «Всё решено» (All Is Decided), written and recorded as a teenager, spread widely online and reached national radio rotation. After relocating to Moscow, she released her debut album «Одержима» (Obsessed) in 2013 and went on to become one of the leading voices of Russian mainstream pop.
