EJAE

EJAE is a Korean American singer-songwriter based primarily in the K-pop industry, where she has built a career as one of the most sought-after songwriters for major groups including Red Velvet, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, and NMIXX. Her writing credits span some of the genre's biggest hits, blending sharp pop hooks with R&B-influenced vocal arrangements.

In 2025 she achieved wider mainstream recognition as the singing voice of Rumi, the lead character in Netflix's animated film «K-Pop Demon Hunters», performing as part of the in-film group HUNTR/X. The soundtrack's success introduced her voice and songwriting to a global audience far beyond the K-pop songwriting circles where she was already established, and contributed to Grammy and Academy Award recognition for work connected to the project.

The same year, EJAE stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist with her debut single «In Another World», marking her transition from behind-the-scenes hitmaker to a performing artist in her own right.
