Dinah Jane

Dinah Jane is an American singer born in Santa Ana, California, of Tongan and Danish descent. She rose to fame as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed through The X Factor USA in 2012 alongside Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Camila Cabello. With Fifth Harmony she was part of multi-platinum hits like «Work from Home» and «Worth It» before the group went on hiatus.

Her solo career began with a feature on RedOne's «Boom Boom» alongside Daddy Yankee and French Montana, showcasing the R&B and pop sensibility with Polynesian-influenced vocal warmth that would define her solo work. Her music blends contemporary pop and R&B with rap-inflected verses, often carrying an emotional, personal songwriting style.

As a solo artist she has released songs such as «Bottled Up», «Retrograde», and «Heard It All Before», building a catalog that emphasizes vocal ad-libs and confessional lyrics.
