Desire is an American electronic/dream-pop project built around vocalist Megan Louise, closely tied to the Los Angeles label Italians Do It Better and its roster of synth-driven acts inspired by 1980s film scores and Italo disco. The project became widely known through the song «Under Your Spell», which reached a huge audience after being featured in the television series Drive, introducing its lush, reverb-soaked synth-pop sound to listeners far beyond the label's usual circle.

Desire's music blends breathy, intimate vocals with cinematic synthesizers, driving basslines and a nostalgic, nocturnal atmosphere shared by labelmates like Chromatics and Glass Candy.
