Deorro is the stage name of Erick Orrosquieta, an American electronic music producer and DJ born and raised in Southern California to Mexican immigrant parents. He rose to prominence in the early 2010s within the electro house and moombahton scenes, quickly becoming known for high-energy, festival-ready productions that blend big-room drops with Latin rhythmic influences. His breakthrough track «Five More Hours» with Chris Brown became a massive crossover hit, showcasing his ability to fuse EDM with pop and R&B sensibilities.

Deorro's sound is characterized by bouncy, percussive basslines, anthemic melodies, and an unmistakable Latin flavor drawn from his cultural heritage, most evident in tracks like «Bailar» and «Perdóname».
