Dawid Podsiadło

Dawid Podsiadło is a Polish singer and songwriter from Dąbrowa Górnicza, also known online as Dylan Wishop. He first gained attention as a member of the band Curly Heads before rising to national fame after winning the second season of the Polish X Factor, where his final performance of U2’s «With or Without You» and a duet with Katie Melua showcased his powerful, distinctive voice.

His 2013 debut solo album, «Comfort and Happiness», released through Sony Music Poland, went straight to number one on the Polish OLiS chart, establishing him as one of the country’s leading pop-rock voices. He followed it with «Annoyance and Disappointment» (2015) and «Małomiasteczkowy» (2018), both of which also topped the Polish charts, the latter marking a shift toward more Polish-language, socially observant songwriting rooted in small-town life.

Podsiadło’s sound blends pop, rock and occasional rap-inflected elements with soulful, emotive vocals, and he has become one of the most commercially and critically successful artists in contemporary Polish music, known for singles such as «Let You Down», «Małomiasteczkowy» and «W dobrą stronę».
