Dagny

Dagny, born Dagny Norvoll Sandvik, is a Norwegian singer-songwriter whose music blends synth-pop hooks with rock-influenced energy and an unmistakably Nordic sense of melody. Raised in a household steeped in jazz — her father a guitarist and composer, her mother a jazz singer — she later moved to London to pursue a pop career, releasing her debut single «Backbeat» in 2015, which quickly became a streaming hit and introduced her to international audiences.

Her sound favors big, anthemic choruses layered over glossy electronic production, a combination heard on tracks like «Wearing Nothing», «Love You Like That» and «Somebody».
