Cueshé

Cueshé is a Filipino pop rock band formed in 1998 in Cebu City, Philippines, later based in Manila, that rose to mainstream prominence in the mid-2000s as part of a wave of Cebu-originated OPM (Original Pilipino Music) acts. The band built its identity on emotionally direct, melodic pop rock ballads paired with soaring vocals, a sound tailored to radio airplay and the karaoke culture central to Filipino pop.

Songs like «Ulan», «Stay» and «Back To Me» exemplify Cueshé’s signature blend of romantic longing and polished rock instrumentation, becoming staples of Philippine radio and helping define the mid-2000s OPM ballad sound alongside contemporaries from the same Cebu scene.
